Job ID:001 - HR Assistant (Program Support Specialist)
Qualifications:
- Any Bachelors degree holder
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written skills

- Strict adherence to timeframes, policy and procedure
- Review immigration regulations and be able to apply them to various case scenarios

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the accuracy and completion of new hire paperwork, maintaining employee records, and providing support to the benefit services team
- Responsible for smooth functioning for management of the end-to-end immigration process for employees
- LCA filing for employees along with the maintenance of PAF and LCA Posting notices
- Develop and deliver training for Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and business leaders
- Enhance and apply data to guide decision-making and provide proactive, creative solutions to business issues with people implications
- Respond to all applicable inquiries coming into the immigration mailbox
- Work with internal partners and including working with employees regarding collection of time critical documents and data for various aspects of the immigration process (Letters of Support, Public Access Files, PERM activities, compliance posting requirements, etc.)
- Develop and manage processes & procedures for CBRE to remain informed on foreign national employees' job changes (locations, duties, compensation changes, terminations) to ensure nonimmigrant work status is in compliance
- Build and communicate relocation packages with expatriate employees and serve as primary contact for all pre-departure, post-arrival, assignment counseling and related services/questions
- Administer programs, projects, or processes specific to the Global Mobility and Immigration team
- Reviewing internal displacements to determine impacts the Labor Certification process
- Coordinate with immigration counsel to timely respond to Department of Labor PERM audits
- Post Labor Condition Applications and managing Public Access File compliance
- Manage review of terminated employees and initiating withdrawals of H-1B visas or green card collection process
- Assist with monthly reports and other reporting obligations
- Maintain records in compliance with internal processes and procedures

Job ID:002 - Lead Infrastrcuture Engineer(DevOps and ServiceNow)
Location: Remote
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or MS in Engineering and equivalent with 12+ years of experience

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automation solutions using Ansible, Terraform and Kubernetes
- Implement and maintain Splunk using Ansible for monitoring and log analysis purposes
- Continuously monitor and optimize our infrastructure to improve efficiency and reduce downtime
- Document infrastructure and automation processes for knowledge sharing
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve software delivery pipeline
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest DevOps trends and technologies
- Manage Gitlab (On-Prem), Artifactory (On-Prem) applications using Terraform, EKS, AKS, GKE and Omnibus installation methods
- Design and implement Azure, GCP and AWS based Kubernetes-based monitoring and logging solutions with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK to track system metrics and troubleshoot issues.
- Onboard new application into CI/CD pipelines using Github/Gitlab, Gitlab runbers, Terraform, Ansible, Helm, EKS and configure Code Quality, SAST, DAST scanning.
- Manage Kubernetes clusters on AWS EKS, Azure AKS, GKE using Terraform, Helm, and Kubectl to provision and deploy applications.
- Create Docker images and managed container images with Artifactory and Bitbucket to ensure consistency, reliability, and version control of applications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Terraform and GitLab features and best practices to continuously improve the pipeline infrastructure.
- Design, Development and Implementation of ServiceNow customization including, but not limited to core setup, workflow administration, reporting, data imports, custom scripting, and third-party software integrations.
- Perform advanced customizations including Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Script Includes, Client Scripts, workflows, custom tables, reports etc.
- Perform workflow design, configuration, development, and data loads for ServiceNow platform, (ServiceNow) applications.
- Responsible for programming workflow, enhancements, and integrations with ServiceNow platform applications.

- GRC Module - IRM, Vendor Risk Assessment, Policy and Compliance Management

- Perform upgrades and customizations of ServiceNow platform applications based on guidance from project manager, architects, ITIL practice leads and customers.
- Maintain and adhere to source code, configuration management, release management and software development best practices.
- Develop training materials and provide end-user or IT technician training on using the ServiceNow functionality.
- Provide in-person support daily to customer and team This will include direct interaction with the Executive staff and other key management.
- Maintain ServiceNow training and knowledge through self-learning, attending conferences and training
- Responsible for proactive problem and risk management Triage and fix defects found in ServiceNow platform, applications, and workflows.
- Providing support / guidance to the development teams during the analysis, development, and testing processes.
- Reviewing and approving 3rd party and integration solution architecture based on established enterprise application strategy.

Job ID:003 - Senior DevOps Engineer with Kubernetes
Location: Plano, TX (Need Local Only/Onsite Role)
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or MS in Engineering or equivalent with 7+ years of experience
- Experience in web applications deployment to AWS with Kubernetes
- Experience with Kubernetes in AWS with EKS
- Kubernetes using Helm, Kubernetes using terraform.
- Experience in Terraform Enterprise
- Experience designing and building web application environments on AWS, core AWS services, including such as EC2, Elastic Beanstalk, Amazon RDS, AWS Lambda and Amazon S3 is preferred.
- Ability to create and utilize AWS Cloud Formation templates to automate creation of AWS images.
- Proficient in developing scripts and scripting languages..
- Involved in continuous planning and implementation of the infrastructure on AWS Cloud.
- Responsible for deploying, automating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving the systems that keep the backend infrastructure running smoothly.

Required Qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree or MS in Engineering or equivalent with 5+ years of experience
- Experienced in creation and modification of Ansible playbooks and roles.
- Experienced in configuring and working with job templates, inventories, workflows and other Ansible Tower objects
- Experience on infrastructure provisioning tools (e.g. Terraform, Ansible, etc)
- Experience with container technologies and orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
- Experience with running/managing systems and services on a cloud platform (e.g. AWS, Azure, OpenStack, Vmware)
- Knowledge of vmware vRealize suite (vRAvRO)
Desirable Qualifications:
